<p>The millet should boil in a ceramic pot with a pinch of salt in it. It must be well boiled in order to clot and the cupcakes to be well formed.</p>

• Several organic potatoes;<br />
• 200g frozen organic carrots;<br />
• 200g frozen organic corn;<br />
• 50 grams organic hemp seed;<br />
• Coconut oil;<br />
• Soy sauce;<br />
• Ground nutmeg (if you like it)</p>
<p>Wash well and cut the potatoes into slices (0.7 cm). Actually, you can cut them in any way, but if you want your dish to look beautiful, this is the best option.</p>

2 cloves garlic;<br />
basil and oregano</p>
<p>First of all, soak the ground linseed in a cup of water. Then strain the soaked dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and the other spices. After that, add the puree to linen mixture. Then add the other seeds &#8211; hemp, sunflower and pumpkin and mix them well. Finally spread the mixture on a baking sheet and form squares with a knife. The baking dish is placed in the oven at 60 degrees for 1 hour. Then the temperature should be decreased to 50 degrees. After 12 hours crackers should be turned carefully in order to dry on the other side. The whole drying process is about 20-24 hours until they are fully preapred and crispy.<br />
Tip: I recommend them in combination with a rich green salad!</p>
